When is the Exhibition?

Where will be the Exhibition?
The Exhibition will be in the Al Hussein Technical University in King Hussein Business Park in Amman.
When is the final submission?
 30th of April ​
What documents are we required to submit on April 30th?
  1. Final project report.
  2. Journals documenting the steps taken during the project and its progress over time.
  3. 15 or less images of the project and the students working on it.
  4. 10 minute maximum video in which students discuss their project or even other information.
  5. Picture of the poster that will be displayed at the team table on Exhibition Day.
What to do after the final submission? 
The students will continue working on their presentation and communicating with JoYS to stay up-to-date.

What should we bring on the day of the Exhibition?
Bring the report and the poster that will be displayed on the team's table, as well as any tools that will be useful to you while presenting your project, such as a laptop, scotch tape, a stapler, electricity cable, wires, scissors, and Blu-Tack.
​What is the time frame and procedure for the judges to evaluate the students' project?
During the judging process, the judges will visit the students' booth for a total of 15 minutes. The students will have 10 minutes to present their project, followed by 5 minutes to answer any questions the judges may have.
What is the reason for the exhibition to be held for a duration of two days?
On the first day of the exhibition, only the participating students will be allowed to enter and showcase their projects to the judges. Each team will have their own table and the judges will visit each table to begin the judging process. The teachers will be waiting outside during the judging process and will not be allowed to enter the exhibition.

On the second day, the event will officially open to the public with an Opening Ceremony. Visitors, friends, classmates, and others can come and view the projects. The second day will also feature additional entertainment activities, followed by an Award Ceremony where the winners will be announced.
What should we wear for the Exhibition?
Green T-shirts will be provided to the students for the Exhibition, and the teachers will inform the JoYS team of the necessary sizes at a later time.
How will the teams get to the Exhibition?
According to JoYS terms and conditions for the year
Do participating students and teachers need to stay overnight
​at the Exhibition venue?
Overnight stays at the Exhibition venue are required only for participating students and teachers from schools located in remote governorates.

ما الذي يجب أن نحضره يوم المعرض؟    
أحضر التقرير والملصق الذي سيتم عرضه على طاولة الفريق ، بالإضافة إلى أي أدوات ستكون مفيدة لك أثناء تقديم مشروعك ، مثل جهاز كمبيوتر محمول وشريط لاصق ودباسة ووصلة كهربائية وأسلاك ومقص وعجينة لاصقة
ما هو الإطار الزمني والإجراءات التي يتبعها الحكام لتقييم مشروع الطلبة؟    
أثناء عملية التحكيم، سيقوم الحكام بزيارة كشك الطلبة لمدة 15 دقيقة. سيكون لدى الطلبة 10 دقائق لتقديم مشروعهم، تليها 5 دقائق للإجابة على أي أسئلة قد تكون لدى الحكام 
ما هو سبب اقامة المعرض لمدة يومين؟    
في اليوم الأول من المعرض ، سيتم السماح للطلاب المشاركين فقط بالدخول وعرض مشاريعهم على الحكام. سيكون لكل فريق طاولته الخاصة وسيقوم الحكام بزيارة كل طاولة لبدء عملية التحكيم. سينتظر المعلمون في الخارج أثناء عملية التحكيم ولن يُسمح لهم بدخول المعرض

في اليوم الثاني، سيتم افتتاح المعرض رسميًا للجمهور بحفل افتتاح. يمكن للزوار والأصدقاء وزملاء الدراسة وغيرهم الحضور ومشاهدة المشاريع. كما سيشهد اليوم الثاني أنشطة ترفيهية إضافية ، يليها حفل توزيع الجوائز حيث سيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين
ما الذي يجب أن نرتديه من أجل المعرض؟​     
سيتم توفير تي شيرتات خضراء للطلبة في يوم المعرض، وسيقوم المعلمون بإبلاغ فريق مبادرة علماء الغد بالمقاسات اللازمة في وقت لاحق
​كيف ستصل الفرق إلى المعرض؟     
حسب الشروط والأحكام لذلك العام
​هل يحتاج الطلبة والمعلمون المشاركون إلى المبيت في مكان المعرض؟    
المبيت في مكان المعرض مطلوبة فقط للطلبة والمعلمين المشاركين من المدارس الموجودة في المحافظات البعيدة
