In a significant visit to Al Hussein Technical University, H.E. Mr. Micheál Martin, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Defense of Ireland, met with the winners of the Jordan Young Scientist (JoYS) Exhibition 2023 in presences of H.E Dr. Azmi Mahafza, Minster of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This visit underscored the importance of STEM education and highlighted the extraordinary potential of Jordan's young scientists.
The visit by His Excellency Mr. Micheál Martin signifies the strong partnership between Ireland and Jordan in fostering educational excellence and empowering the youth to tackle global challenges through science and innovation. Also, during this visit the Tánaiste handed out the cash prizes to the top three overall winners for the year 2023.
